Themed Event “First Meow, Then Wow” for the Special Exhibition “Cat Cult!” (starting October 10, 2026)
After a welcome drink, you’ll discover amazing facts about the world of cats on an exclusive guided tour—from Tama, the Japanese train station cat, to the Scottish Fold, all the way to the Leopard Throne. A relaxed and enjoyable learning experience that bridges the gap between the wilderness and your living room, featuring playful drinks, finger foods, and dessert—an evening for all cat lovers!
The room rental fee includes free admission to the exhibitions. This allows participants to tour the building on the day of the event (during opening hours).
Combine your event with a guided tour of the museum, in which a maximum of 25 people are allowed to participate. Up to three tours can take place in parallel. We are also happy to offer a variety of guided tours for private and business occasions besides of opening hours. We would like to advise you on the various options.
The two workshop offerings “African drumming” or “An introduction to Indonesian gamelan music” lend themselves to an unusual supporting program.
